Athena Nail Studio – Service & Booking Policy
At Athena Nail Studio, I have always chosen to operate based on trust, respect, and long-term relationships. I do not normally require deposits, as I truly value the personal connection I build with my clients.
However, to protect my time and ensure fairness for everyone, the following policies apply.
✦ No Refund Policy & Touch-Up Guarantee
All services are non-refundable.
To ensure your satisfaction, I offer complimentary touch-ups within four (4) days after your appointment for issues such as cracking, chipping, or lifting, provided you contact me within this period.
✦ Appointments, Cancellations & Time Respect
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule.
Cancellations, reschedules within 2 hours, or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee 25$ or a deposit requirement for future bookings.
Last-minute changes prevent me from filling that time slot and directly impact my business.
✦ Deposit Policy (Only When Necessary)
Athena Nail Studio does not normally require deposits.
However, a mandatory non-refundable deposit 25$ will be required for future bookings if there has been:

A missed appointment (no-show)

Last-minute cancellation or repeated rescheduling

Ghosting or lack of communication
This deposit is not a punishment. It is simply a way to secure the appointment and protect reserved time.
Athena Nail Studio reserves the right to require a deposit or decline future bookings if scheduling policies are repeatedly not respected.
